Option 1
Arriving by Train
KTM Komuter: If you’re coming from within Malaysia, you can take the KTM Komuter train to KL Sentral (KL’s main train station). From there, you can transfer to the LRT (light rail) or a taxi to Royale Chulan.
LRT (Light Rail Transit): The Bukit Bintang LRT station is the nearest station to the hotel, just a short walk away. The LRT connects various parts of the city and is affordable, clean, and efficient. The station is around a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
Train travel time from KL Sentral: 5-10 minutes to Bukit Bintang
OPTION 2
Traveling by Bus
Intercity Buses: If you are traveling from other parts of Malaysia by bus, most long-distance buses stop at Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) or Puduraya Bus Station.
- From TBS, you can take a taxi or the LRT to Bukit Bintang station (around 20 minutes).
- From Puduraya Bus Station, you can take a short taxi ride (around 5 minutes) to the hotel.
Local Buses: Several buses serve the Bukit Bintang area, but be sure to check routes in advance for convenience.
OPTION 3
Using Ride-Sharing Services
Grab is the most popular ride-sharing service in Malaysia, similar to Uber.
- Availability: Grab is widely available in Kuala Lumpur, including from the airport, train stations, and bus terminals.
- Cost: A ride from KLIA to Royale Chulan Hotel typically costs between MYR 75-150, depending on traffic and the type of vehicle you select (Standard, Premium, etc.).
Ease: Simply open the Grab app, enter your destination, and select your preferred ride type. Grab cars can drop you off right at the hotel entrance.
OPTION 4
Driving and Parking
Driving to the Hotel: If you’re driving, the hotel is located in the Bukit Bintang area, which is easily accessible from major highways like the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and Federal Highway.
Parking at Royale Chulan Hotel:
- The hotel offers on-site parking for guests.
- Parking is available in its basement parking area. The hotel typically provides valet parking, but there is also self-parking available.
Charges: Parking rates may vary, so it’s a good idea to check with the hotel about current rates. Expect to pay a reasonable daily fee for parking, especially in the central Bukit Bintang area.
