ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Language
The abstract must be written in English. - Word Limit
The abstract should be no longer than 300 words. - Formatting
Font type: Times New Roman
Font size: 12
Line spacing: 1.15
Alignment: Justified
Indentation: Do not use any indentation. - Content
The abstract should not include any figures or tables. - Keywords
Provide up to 5 keywords that best describe your work.
Please ensure the abstract follows these guidelines for a smooth review and acceptance process
GENERAL POWERPOINT GUIDELINES
- Use the Provided Template
- Ensure all slides are based on the official conference PowerPoint template.
Include a title slide with the presentation title, your name(s), affiliation, and conference details. Limit the number of slides based on your allocated presentation time (approx. 1–2 minutes per slide). - Font Style and Size
Font type: Use legible fonts like Arial, Calibri, or Times New Roman.
Title font size: 32–40 pt
Body text font size: 18–24 pt
Maintain consistent font sizes throughout the presentation. - Content Formatting
Use high-quality visuals (images, graphs, or charts) that are directly relevant to the content.
Label all visuals clearly with brief captions or descriptions.
Avoid long paragraphs; keep text concise and to the point. - Animations and Transitions
Keep them simple and professional. - Acknowledgments
Include an acknowledgment slide for funding, collaborators, or significant contributions. - Contact Information
End with a slide containing your contact details for follow-up questions or networking. - Final Check
- Proofread all content for spelling, grammar, and formatting consistency. Ensure all visuals and data are accurate and correctly labelled.
REGISTRATION GUIDELINES & ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
- Submit Your Abstract via MicrosoftCMT
Ensure that your abstract is submitted together with your registration. - Follow the Abstract Format
Make sure your abstract adheres to the format provided. Refer to the guidelines in the abstract submission guidelines. - All submitted abstract will be reviewed and evaluated by the committee to be categorised as oral or poster presenter, or attendees.
- Acceptance letter and invoice will be issued to the participants.
- Proof of Payment
Upload your payment receipt as proof of payment through the link that will be given in the acceptance letter - Confirmation of seat.
