📢 Important Notice – Oral Presentation Format

🎤 Presentation Duration: 15 minutes total
⏱ 10–12 min presentation + 3–5 min Q&A

✅ Use the official AMS15 PowerPoint template (optional) (download from Guideline tab)
✅ Bring your presentation file on a USB drive in PowerPoint format (.pptx) and submit your file to the secretariat in the session room before your session
✅ Be in the session room 10 mins early

💡 Keep slides clear, concise, and visually engaging. Follow the formatting in the guidelines for best impact.

📢 Important Notice – Poster Presentation Format

All posters will be displayed throughout the conference period from 19–21 August 2025.

For AMS15, poster presentations will be conducted in two rounds:

🔹 Preliminary Round – Posters will be judged by 2 panels each. No presentation required.

🔹 Final Round – Top 20 posters will be shortlisted and announced on our website at the end of Day 1.

Shortlisted presenters will give a 10-min presentation + 5-min Q&A in front of the panels during Day 2 & Day 3 poster sessions.

📍 Please have your posters displayed on time for judging.
